Waiver/Release of Liability

Alcohol Policy (21+) To access any alcohol-related service (including BYOB), all participants must be 21+ and present a current, physical, government-issued photo ID at check-in—no exceptions, even if you don’t plan to drink. Additionally, please ensure that you have completed the adult waiver form. If you are with minors, the child waiver form will also be required. 

Please submit one child waiver form per child, signed by a parent or guardian, prior to your ride. If you're an adult, don't forget to complete the adult waiver form as well. For your convenience, you can find the Fresno Pedal waiver included in the necessary forms.
